Date: 2021-07-03 10:39 am (UTC)Was dreaming I was with a group of people excavating a blatantly haunted tomb. I didn't want to excavate a blatantly haunted tomb; I just wanted to eat a blackcurrant cake. Anyway, they got some door open, and found a note within, which they sang aloud:
Them (reading): The Worrying Thing About Doors,
Is What Opened Them Before
Me: (You don't say?)
Only I sang my sarcastic reply irl, and the tune was a bit creepy. Then I realised I was dreaming, so I tried to sing the rest of it out loud irl for my partner's benefit. But that ended up more creepy. ("There was weird involuntary singing and then very purposeful singing!")
Maybe I'll work it into a fanfic sometime.
