All the bulbs from last autumn are coming up and I'm so happy! Tulips, crocuses (mostly gone by now, but the leaves are nice too), daffodils, muscari, and hyacinth. Hoping to plant some herbs this year, too.

It is very tiring to turn compost heaps! Worth it, but why does it have to be so tiring?

Nice! My tulips came up again, but they didn't bloom. I didn't know this was a thing, but apparently it happens when the bulb gets tired. I was confused since the leaves were everywhere! But no flowers. Still nice to see the greenery.

That's good to know! It happened to a few of mine last year, and I didn't bother looking up why since most of them were fine. Always more to learn.

Yeah, I had to search it; it said that after a while they stop blooming consistently and it's better to plant new bulbs, so I'm not sure if this means I still might get some flowers next year (big difference between 'not consistent' and 'never ever ever', right? :D), or if I should just accept that they'll be flowerless from now on. I don't have great luck with bulbs; too much moisture so they tend to rot.
