I might try Midnight Diner. I've read Frieren already and enjoyed it a lot, but might try Mushishi or Dungeonmeshi (intended to, but not in the mood for it.)

If you only read Frieren, I'd probably recommend watching the anime too. The soundtrack and animation are excellent, and it's a fairly faithful adaptation. Won't be anything new to you, but I do think the anime adds enough to it to make it a new experience.

You might also like Natsume's Book of Friends and maaaaaaybe Kino's Journey (I got too bored and dropped it) if you like those, specifically if you like Mushishi.
