Date: 2024-09-21 12:43 am (UTC)There's an area I'm expert in. Thinking about it makes me ill, so I try to stay away from that work, these days. But then I see people with less expertise getting it wrong, and it makes me want to comment or give pointers, etc. Hence my dilemma. :')

Date: 2024-09-21 12:56 am (UTC)So I either keep my knowledge quiet, ignore all discussion, and get perceived as junior (with corresponding dents to my career), or I speak up and get sick (and probably still get perceived as junior, lol).
