So at work there's this evaluation program you need to go through to graduate training, where you establish that you don't need anyone double-checking your work. They're currently evaluating a blind evaluation process, so half of the work I submit has my very gendered name attached and half doesn't. The half that doesn't goes smoothly enough. The half that has my name attached tends to have lots of corrections - some valid, some very petty, some making false assumptions about what I was setting out to accomplish, and some just flat-out wrong.

I'm tired. I just want to get corrected and learn without wading through a firestorm of misassumptions and giving myself a half hour to cool down after work.

Hilariously, because I didn't enter my pronouns into company work portal, they might not flag it as data to test for sex discrimination....

Sorry to hear, nonny. I hope they'll keep up with the blind evaluation process, because that sounds a lot more fair to you, and probably other women in your workplace.

Typical, pronouns missing the point... By this point, I've run quite out of patience with the wokery, simply because it's so ineffective...

Update: the pattern continues. Today there was a non-blind eval that was so unreasonable that I had to check in with my boss about how to handle it. He sort of laughed at the evaluator's nonsense criticisms so that did make me feel better.
