I don't see how that would be worse than the previous state of affairs. It was just an injustice and the judge was wrong and not following the law. So maybe they'll lobby hard, but the point is that at least this time the courts functioned, and may continue to function in the future. (And every time someone uses the "not worthy of respect" soundbite, at least feminists have a retort) I don't expect transactivists to take anything from this, though, but it's not about impressing them. Point is the court system works (this court was senior to the other) and women can have some trust that we're not in a theocracy just yet. Though also, the activists got the first judgement by doing things behind closed doors; they basically dumped a bunch of bogus educational materials in front of an inept judge; lobbying hard here may have the opposite effect because they've perhaps convinced as much of the population as they're going to convince that believing sex is important is evil. And people are publically questioning those educational materials and the provider of them in a way they weren't before.
