Yes, I like that in literature. This excerpt is fine by me tbh. The writing style is still pretty blah but the sentiment is real and one not so often depicted.

Yup, that was probably my favorite scene in the book, because the complete disconnection between women and transwomen was so blatant.

Yeah, maybe he should cut everything else out and leave that and he'd be left with a decent short story.
