It's AI-based, but I like the concept of 'make the ✨ artist's rendition ✨ of a new building look like how it would in real life.'

Lol, it's a good idea, though realistically they need to remove about 80% of the greenery outright, because the developers always do that once they've got permission to build. One near us put in a load of fake plants to make it look like they'd met their eco targets, and just bet on nobody noticing.

they need an equivalent to this for clothes shops, transform the pics of the models, 'how would this look on my fat ass?'
