Definitely a Nitter issue, since I see a decent number of results for her name when searching Twitter. Doesn't seem particularly organic, though - just some random accounts sharing links to published reviews or a few people shilling their own ARC reviews. Saw one post that looks like an actual human being talking about their reading list.

Twitter search is notoriously garbage, though, so maybe the rest of the real humans are just buried.

Yeah, I think the industry has promoted her hard, but, going off the lack of organic discussion, the public hasn't bitten.
