Wow, I didn't realize this was photoshopped from different panels until I got to the end. Very cohesive.

Been busy, but I finally caught up with the Zuiun Prize arc in Akane-banashi. Moue's art has only gotten better with time and the paneling in Chapter 176 is just incredible. So much story told in the art alone.

A lot of people like to talk about how Akane-banashi's the spiritual successor to Act-Age, but if you put the subject matter aside, I really think it's more of a spiritual successor to Haikyuu. Every really memorable series needs a central theme, and Haikyuu's was always very simple - it's 'volleyball is fun.' Akane-banashi is like that, too. It's simply 'rakugo is fun.'
