Why did I always get kudos from COMMENT_ME_JAPANESE_TITS? Why did I never get kudos from Carl Gauss? What's a girl got to do to attract a studly mathematician to her principia-mathematica-omegaverse fanfic? I'd proved the number 4 at least twenty times! But no, Gauss and his cute flowery signature were nowhere to be seen! Just me, the Hell Hounds, and the stalwart tit-requester. Typical.

Opera also reminds me of my attempt to use element. None of the buttons are where you expect.

Opera continues to feel overcaffeinated, but I like that it's so damn weird. I've set it to a summery theme and the picture-in-picture for videos feels very 2000 (despite nothing on the internet actually working in 2000; it's more like a browser you'd see in a 2000 film set in The Future). I've finally located the zoom button. I still hate basically all the icon placement. It's got some convenience buttons for screencaps and pdf saves. VPN works.

I rec it if you want to feel like you're on your first laptop, exploring all the settings for the first time, and intending to use it for exploring weird corners of the net. I set my desktop to glowing hacker green, so it clashes horribly, which adds to the vibe.

It also has 'AI writing mode' builtin. The fuck is that? Aight, let's find out.

If you right-click, nothing comes up. But if you hilight some text, then right-click, you see it. So let's see...

I write "aaaaaaa", I hilight it, I right-click, I click 'AI writing mode', I click 'generate text'...

The screen goes dark, nothing happens.
