Friend of mine was sending me pictures from CES this year and if she hadn't told me where she was, I would've thought she were at an anime convention. Girl was sending me photos of people in Akatsuki robes and Honkai Star Rail electronic goods.

I've always wanted to see it at some point, but it's so early in the year! Takes me by surprise, every time. And, Vegas. :/

It feels like something you really have to do as a business expense - hotel prices were absolutely ridiculous. Think they were $500/night when she was booking, and she booked quite a few months in advance.

Yeah, I used to work somewhere that sent people, and they used to end up staying out in the middle of nowhere, somewhere, driving in...
