Date: 2024-10-03 06:59 am (UTC)After you completed a certain subset of puzzles, you were given a metapuzzle that, if you solved it, allowed you to submit your own custom puzzle. In total there were 132 of these, so if you didn't get enough puzzles after the first 279 of them, you could just keep going! These wouldn't count towards the leaderboard or towards hunt completion, but some of them were surprisingly well-crafted and a few of them were really fun.
I really liked that a lot of the teams did creative variations on puzzles or themes we'd already seen in the hunt, too. Shout-out to the team that looked at all the female vtuber puzzles we've gotten and decided to do a male vtuber puzzle for gender equality.
