She could be evil! The uwufish from GPH 2023 was evil (well, lonely and misguided), after all. The puzzle anglerfish dangles star-puzzles in front of them to get puzzle hunters close enough to eat.

I'll probably write up more details once the hunt is officially over, but one thing I forgot to mention is that Stelle tells us that there's seven Celestials who are responsible for the stars, but of course, they've also gone missing! How mysterious.
