Mentioning constant vigilance in other thread made me reflect on how far Barty Jr's performance of Mad Eye morphed into parodying him, and the humor of nobody noticing. He must've got a kick out of alienating people and making mad eye act even more strangely than usual. Wonder if jkr wrote about it anywhere.
