"The thing about illegally breeding fire-breathing possums is that you gotta keep a bucket of water handy."

*Those fools! Fire-breathing possums are greasy; water will only feed the flames! Oh, if only I could tell them of my empire...*

For a long time, he was My Thing, and then randomly everyone else in my family got really into the history plays in a way that didn’t include me. I’m not sure entirely how that happened.

What do you like, the comedies? I don't know them that well but I love the trope of everyone wandering around in the woods.

Bits and pieces, really, but I was never big on the histories just because there didn’t seem to be a lot of films and productions of them available to me. The Tempest is probably my favourite, although my friends and I had private Hamlet and Macbeth injokes. Lear, Winter’s Tale, Othello, Merchant of Venice, etc. The biggies. Even R&J once I got over myself and watched a decent production.

And then suddenly, in the space of like a month, all my family went from mocking me for it to discussing the merits of different productions of Henry IV part I.

Haha, how strange! I don't think I'm familiar with any of the histories. I just love the language. And all things Hamlet. Am moody teen at heart, I guess.
