15k words! Slightly panicking over the fact I have to somehow find material for 35k more; I thought I had a lot of plot but I seem to have raced through it. I thiiiink it'll be okay. Currently feels like a bad mix of too rushed and too slow. May cheer myself up by reading old drafts of other things I've written, to remind myself just how bad they were at this stage.

Got overall shape drafted... But the vibe's not right. Am considering splitting it into 2 different stories.

I ended up scrapping it and writing another thing. 22k on that so far so I think technically I'll hit the nanowrimo word goal, but I won't have a novel to show for it.
