Listening to music on computer through amp. When I plug power into computer, I get looaads of static noise in the signal that the amp picks up and it's unlistenable. I wonder what exactly the static is? I wanna be like "I can hear electricityyyyy" but this is prolly silly.

Penguin vtuber and penguin (fan) vtuber duet on a song cover from penguin anime. It's a great song for their vocal ranges - Petra has a very breathy, high-pitched vocal tone while Cia has a lower, clearer style - and it's one of my favorite anime OPs of all time. So hard making myself play violin atm, because the house is cold. Have to take off dressing gown because the sleeves get in the way. Don't wanna.

I still somehow haven't finished my book, but I think I've made progress on tone and playing by ear. I now have a little bit of vibrato.

Creeping along.

Bit freaked out. Listening to a Debussy piece I hadn't heard before. Same motif as some improv I made up years back. I know it must just be a function of how scales and modes work (and of me liking Debussy and Ravel...) but I still found it a bit creepy. Like 'hey! that's my song!' Maybe I had heard it years ago, and doesn't matter either way. Just a spooky experience. :P
