Haha, I know one woman besides me who doesn't shave but it's truly ridiculous how many do. I'll be on the metro and a woman across from me won't have combed her hair, but her legs will be absolutely hairless.

I'm still in the hiding phase, though. It's possible to see the hair but I avoid shorter skirts or shorts so as to de-emphasize it. Tshirts instead of vests, etc

Yeah, the hiding phase lasts many a year, ime. (And that's where I am currently with bra-less-ness; I like the idea of not having an extra layer there when it's warm, but no bra makes me feel super visible). But I'm at the point where it'd feel much stranger to shave than not to, and I wear shorts wherever. A few years ago I would have avoided vests and now I apparently give no shits hahahaha. I was expecting to see at least a few other women with a hiker aesthetic but nope. :S

Have never shaved and wear shorts without caring. Maybe it's just not the norm here?
