But yeah when ppl get a bit extra with it I assume it's about wanting to believe in a utopia and pinning too much on it? I also think O itself encourages people to go into preacher mode bc there are a few ppl who frequently post sermons and then others absorb the style. I usually find those kinds of posts irritating but I guess some people must be into them.

IDK, I think when you start writing about men being punished for speaking to women without their consent and all that and going into detail, I start questioning if OP has a punishment kink rather than anything.

Hahaha I didn't see that. :P My eyes do glaze over on long posts. Could be, esp if new poster, or could be like the first time you get a "what would you do if you ruled the world?" exercise and you get way too into it, combined with irritation at guys bothering her? Some ovaritors who've made me go "???!" have then turned out to be teens.

(also tbf if anyone's name on a feminist forum includes any kind of variant of "matriarch" I always assume they're a nutjob or at least hoping to start a cult. The reddest of flags.)
